ROSS E. BRUCH is the vice president of wealth management at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., in their Philadelphia office. Mr. Bruch focuses on multi-generational wealth planning and family business succession planning. Prior to joining Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., he was in private legal practice in the private client group at Saul Ewing LLP, where he focused on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Mr. Bruch earned his B.A., J.D. and M.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University.

DAVID M. FREES III is a partner and chairman of Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees, P.C.'s trust, estate and wealth preservation section. He is an author and regular speaker on the topics of estate practice marketing, estate and trust planning, estate dispute mediation, influence and persuasion. Mr. Frees has spoken to audiences from Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Dickinson and Washington colleges, as well as Comcast, Aramark Corporation, Travelers, GE and many other corporations and conventions. He also has appeared on more than one hundred radio and television shows including those on Fox, NPR and PBS. Mr. Frees earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

JACK J. HETHERINGTON is a sole practitioner in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. His main area of practice is in elder law. Mr. Hetherington has been certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is also a certified mediator in Orphan's Court disputes. Mr. Hetherington is an adjunct professor at the Bucks County Community College, teaching elder law in the paralegal program. He has written on many subjects now known as "Elder Law" and has both planned and presented continuing legal education programs for several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI); the American Association of Justice; the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR); the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); the American Trial Lawyers Association (now American Association for Justice); the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA); the Medical Professional Education Specialists (MEDS-PDN); National Business Institute; and other professional and community educational organizations, including the Alzheimer's Association. Mr. Hetherington holds memberships with the Pennsylvania and Bucks County bar associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Hetherington has been admitted to the courts of Pennsylvania and the federal courts. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law.

WHITNEY PATIENCE O'REILLY is an attorney with Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees, P.C., where she is a member of the trust, estate and wealth preservation section. Ms. O’Reilly's practice is focused in the areas of trusts and estates, asset protection, wealth preservation and elder law. She has a background in estate planning and estate and trust administration, and has written extensively for the firm on these topics. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Ms. O’Reilly is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Cabrini College; her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law; and her LL.M. degree in tax from Temple Law School.

JENNIFER POPELACK is an attorney with the law firm of Mattioni, Ltd., where her main areas of practice are estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, real estate, and commercial litigation. Ms. Popelack currently serves as a board member of the Justinian Society and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and District of New Jersey. Ms. Popelack earned her B.A. degree from La Salle University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, Delaware. She earned an estate planning certificate from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.

REBECCA SALLEN is an attorney with Sallen Law LLC, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, administration and probate, and combined it with her skills in mediation, alternative tension resolution and coalition building to help her clients and their families. In addition to taking pro bono cases, Ms. Sallen is the legal counselor for the non profit organizations So 2 Speak and Together We Act. She has worked for ten years with blind, autistic and physically impaired children. Ms. Sallen has taught American Sign Language to college students and children. She is a member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Emory University and her J.D. degree from Saint Louis University, where she also received a certificate from the nationally recognized William C. Wefel Center.

THOMAS E. SHEA is an attorney in the law firm of Stern & Eisenberg, PC, where he focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, business formation and succession planning, charitable planning, and asset protection planning. He also advises clients on business entity formation, employment matters, real estate transactions, and marital agreements. Mr. Shea is a frequent lecturer on various estate planning issues to local organizations, and has written or co-written articles for legal publications and business magazines. He has years of experience with tax exempt organizations, both professionally and personally as a current or former board member of the Wissahickon Boys Lacrosse Club, Wissahickon Lacrosse Boosters Association, Whitpain Recreation Association, and the Eddie Shea Scholarship Fund. Mr. Shea is also a former board member and past president of the Norristown Zoological Society. He earned his B.A. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University.

ELAINE T. YANDRISEVITS is an attorney with McAndrews Law Offices, P.C., where she focuses her practice on probate, special needs trusts, estate planning and guardianship. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Yandrisevits is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and the Lehigh Valley Estate Planning Council. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. RICHARD R. BUDNEY JR. is a partner in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law firm of Mulvey, Flanagan, & Budney, P.C. His current practice is limited to representing claimants in all aspects of plaintiff litigation matters with emphasis in workers' compensation, Social Security disability, unemployment compensation, personal injury, as well as estate planning matters. Mr. Budney has represented clients, including members of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5, City of Philadelphia District Council 33 and City of Philadelphia Local 159, at all levels of the administrative and appellate levels for workers' compensation, Social Security and Supplemental Security Income matters. He earned his B.A. degree from La Salle University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Budney also has received an estate planning certification from Temple University School of Law.

CYNTHIA LOVE DENGLER is a partner in the law firm of Murphy & Dengler, where she focuses her practice in estate administration and also maintains a general plaintiff's practice. Ms. Dengler was an instructor for more than four years in the areas of estate administration and business in the paralegal program at Pierce College. REBECCA A. HOBBS is an attorney with O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., with offices in Pottstown and Phoenixville. She focuses her practice on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and veteran’s benefits. Ms. Hobbs is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Hobbs is an accredited attorney for the preparation, preservation and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. GREGORY L. LATIMER is an attorney with Mitchell & Young, PLLC, where he has a diverse practice that includes estate planning and administration, property transactions, as well as business formation, governance, and succession planning. Mr. Latimer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
