DAVID D. DEETER is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Dale & Eke, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professionals on estate planning topics. Mr. Deeter earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame, while attending the University of Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria, during his sophomore year. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. Mr. Deeter is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (Probate and Real Property Section), and the Indianapolis and American bar associations. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Deeter is a past president and a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, as well as past president and a board member of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis. CHRISTOPHER E. DENNEY, MPA, MST, CPA, CGMA, ABV, CVA, CM & AA, is the managing member with Silvermark CPAs & Advisors, where he has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has represented three Big 4 accounting firms, some in tax leadership roles, and a Fortune 500 company as a tax officer. Mr. Denney's strengths are in identifying tax planning opportunities and areas of tax risk, and some of his tax research has been nationally published. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the ABV Section; the Indiana CPA Society; the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; and the Ball State University Accounting Department's Executive Advisory Council. Mr. Denney earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Ball State University, and both of his M.S. degrees in taxation and professional accountancy from Indiana University.
REGINA HOLZHAUSEN, JD, CPA, CFP, is vice president and trust manager at GBC Wealth Management. Previously, Ms. Holzhausen was senior vice president and trust director for PNC Bank. She has devoted nearly 30 years to trust, estate and guardianship administration in private practice or bank trust departments. Ms. Holzhausen earned her B.S. degree from the University of the State of New York and her J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is a frequent presenter on estate planning and fiduciary issues. Ms. Holzhausen is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Hancock County Bar Association.
