CHARLES M. DALZIEL JR. is the founder and owner of Dalziel Law Firm. He has 39 years of litigation and arbitration experience in different firms, one worldwide, one statewide, and one more locally oriented. Mr. Dalziel was honored as one of Georgia's top Labor and Employment Lawyers for 2019. His employment law practice includes pursuit and defense of employment discrimination/wrongful termination claims - when defending, mostly as EPLI provided defense counsel. Mr. Dalziel has a nationwide practice regarding employee transitions, centering on noncompete and non-solicitation provisions and the efforts to complete massive transfers of business to the new employers - again, working cases for plaintiffs and defendants. He frequently publishes articles on employment issues in various publications and also writes and presents on corporate governance issues. MARY DONNE PETERS, one of the founders and a partner at Gorby Peters & Associates, LLC, represents high-growth, closely held companies, often serving as outside general counsel or privacy counsel. Ms. Donne Peters served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of South Carolina, an honors attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department and a law clerk for a federal appeals court judge (Hon.
