KWABENA A. APPENTENG is an attorney with Littler Mendelson, P.C., where he counsels employers on social media and workplace privacy issues and a range of day-to-day employment issues, including hiring, promotion and termination issues, and discrimination and harassment issues. Mr. Appenteng also represents employers in employment discrimination actions filed in federal and state courts. He works with government agencies and represents clients in restrictive covenant/trade secret disputes. Mr. Appenteng has been named as an Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2013 and was recently named as an Emerging Lawyer by Illinois Leading Lawyers. He earned his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School.

TYLER J. BOHMAN is an associate attorney with Wessels Sherman Joerg Liszka Laverty Seneczko P.C. where he practices in the areas of labor and employment law; employment contract/non-competition agreement matters; employment discrimination and harassment claims; fair employment practices; federal, state, and administrative litigation; labor matters; labor unions; and wage and hour claims. He received his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

PATRICK D. DOLAN is a co-founder and named partner of Siegel & Dolan Ltd., where he has practiced employment and related business law for executives and companies since he began his legal career more than two decades ago in California. He has many years of experience negotiating complex executive employment, compensation and separation agreements, and litigating a variety of related contract and tort claims in federal and state courts, as well as administrative proceedings. Mr. Dolan also has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and litigating restrictive covenant agreements for individuals and companies. He provides counseling, advice, and litigating representation to management level employees and companies of all sizes on a broad range of issues, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, disabilities, leaves of absence, wage and hour, reductions in force, code of conduct, policies, hiring, discipline and termination, and employment related due diligence issues of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dolan is a member of the American, Chicago and Illinois State bar associations; and the State Bar of California. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

JONATHAN D. HOAG is a partner in the St. Charles office of the law firm of SmithAmundsen LLC, where he is a member of the firm's labor and employment practice group. He focuses his practice on representing employers in labor and employment matters before state, federal, and administrative courts. Mr. Hoag is a member of the American, Illinois State (Labor & Employment Law Section Council), and Kane County (co-chair of the Labor & Employment Committee) bar associations. He also is a member of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce (Human Resource Advisory Committee) and the Grundy Will Human Resource Association. Mr. Hoag earned his B.S. degree from Truman State University; his M.P.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

MICHAEL J. PROGAR is a partner with Doherty & Progar LLC, where he has more than 35 years of experience and has represented the interests of insurance companies, self-insureds and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices in the areas of personal and commercial liability, defense of non-profit organizations, workers compensation and insurance coverage, fraud, excess liability and bad faith. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel and is admitted to court in Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar received his B.A. degree from the University of Norte Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.

RYAN L. YOUNG is a senior attorney at Wessels Sherman Joerg Liszka Laverty Seneczko P.C., where he focuses his practice by representing employers in labor and employment matters before state, federal and administrative courts. He counsels and defends employers on matters involving harassment claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, and other labor and employment issues arising under state and federal laws. Mr. Young earned his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, his M.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa Tippie School of Business, and his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa College of Business.
