MARK GUILLIATT, CFP, CLU, ChFC, CASL, is founder of NebraskaElderPlanning.com, which is dedicated to assisting clients navigate the often difficult process of Medicaid planning. His expertise has been developed through more than 20 years of financial services experience. Mr. Guilliatt has also gained significant knowledge about the industry by completing several industry designations. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Wartburg College and a master's degree of financial services from the Institute of Business and Finance. He has also completed the Chartered Financial Consultant program (ChFC) and is a Certified Financial Planner professional (CFP). Most recently, he has completed American College's Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL). Mr. Guilliatt shares his knowledge and experience on a regular basis as an adjunct professor at Midland University, through a variety of public speaking engagements, and through continuing educational programs.
JOHN N. MASSIH is an elder law, estate and special needs planning, and real estate attorney with a multi-state practice that serves clients in Nebraska, Connecticut, and New York. He is the founder of Massih Law, LLC, and he lectures on elder law, estate planning, and real estate law. Mr. Massih has been recognized by his peers as a Rising Star in the Connecticut Super Lawyers listings in 2016, 2017, and 2018. He is also a current member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He received his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law and his M.B.A. degree from Creighton University.
MARY L. WILSON is an attorney at Buford Law Office, in Omaha, where she practices in the area of aging law. She serves as an attorney for Aging Partners. Ms. Wilson is the first Nebraskan attorney inducted into the National Elder Rights Hall of Fame. She is chair of the Elder Law Section. Ms. Wilson taught law and aging for 12 years at the University of Omaha, Nebraska, and is currently teaching at Creighton University School of Law. She earned her B.A. degree from Wayne State College and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. Ms. Wilson is a member of the Nebraska State and American bar associations.
