JOSH ANDREWS is the managing partner of Gatehouse Law where he focuses his practice on the legal needs of entrepreneurs, business law, and complex transactions, such as business formations; business transactions; raising capital for businesses; complex business negotiations; national and international intellectual property management, property disputes and expansion of business; mergers and acquisitions; and preventative law business consulting. Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Andrews earned his B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
MARK S. CHERRY is an attorney with Mark S Cherry Attorney at Law, PC, which is a general practice professional law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey that, in addition to the general practice of law, assists homeowners across New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law and bankruptcy law. In addition to being an Accredited Civil Mediator, he is also the member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA), and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. Before that he earned his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).
MAURY NICELY is a member of Evans Harrison Hackett, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment litigation, labor law, and general business litigation. He has addressed issues pertaining to all areas of labor and employment law in order to assist clients in preparing and maintaining employee records, making proactive decisions to prevent workplace issues from arising, and addressing formal complaints when they arise. Mr. Nicely is a member of the American, Tennessee, Chattanooga, and Federal bar associations; as well as the State Bar of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee state and federal courts. Mr. Nicely earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
