REBECCA A. BOWMAN is the principal of a certified woman-owned business that has been registered to provide engineering, real estate, legal, and training services with the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, Allegheny County, PennDOT, New Jersey Transit, and Port Authority Transit of Allegheny County. She is experienced in employment law, boundary law issues, estate planning and administration, guardianship and conservatorship, engineering design and forensic analysis, construction/project management, dispute resolution, real estate, small business start-up, and nonprofit support. Ms. Bowman is a registered professional engineer. She is also a certified arbitrator and mediator. Ms. Bowman has been an adjunct professor at the Community College of Allegheny County, where she taught small business start-ups, and at Penn State, where she has taught CPA education seminars. Ms. Bowman is also a lecturer at California University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Bowman is a frequent CPE lecturer (law and engineering) for a variety of providers. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, her M.B.A. degree from Oklahoma University, and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Ms. Bowman is involved with the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Arbitration Association, Institute for Christian Conciliation, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and the American Bar Association; and is a long-time columnist on risk management for the PE Reporter.
RYAN R. SEIB is an attorney at Assurity Legal LLC. Mr. Seib earned a doctorate of law degree and is in his third year at the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has assisted many businesses with handling legal matters in Wisconsin. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Seib graduated from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 2014. Thereafter, he started a law firm in Madison and practiced both business and aviation law. His clients include many Wisconsin businesses. He presents aviation law courses and writes about aviation law nationally.
DANIEL S. WELYTOK is an attorney with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, office of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., where he practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, and business law. He has served in numerous leadership roles in various professional associations, including the American Bar Association's Advisory Committee, articles editor for The Tax Lawyer, and chair of the American Bar Association's Tax Law Committee, Young Lawyers Division. He is also an active member of the Great Lakes Tax Exempt Government Entities Council, where he has served as chair; and as Great Lakes Area liaison with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Welytok frequently speaks at various local and national seminars; is widely published; and has edited, written, and contributed to a number of law-based books, including Nonprofit Law and Governance for Dummies, Sarbanes-Oxley for Dummies, and The Wisconsin Guide to Nonprofits. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his LL.M. degree, with distinction, from the DePaul University College of Law.
