David S Klein is an attorney with Rountree Leitman & Klein, LLC, where he represents corporate clients, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of litigation and other disputes, with a particular focus on real estate and business litigation. He frequently litigates in state courts, bankruptcy courts, and federal courts throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. Mr. Klein has successfully tried several bench trials and jury trials for his clients. He also maintains a corporate and transactional practice for some of his small business clients. Mr. Klein is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section. He earned his B.A. degree at Mercer University; his J.D. degree, cum laude, at Elon University School of Law; and his LL.M. degree at the University of Georgia School of Law.
Kyle Webster is general counsel of ACTION-Housing, Inc., the largest affordable housing nonprofit in Pennsylvania. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of the legal function of this large developer, property manager, and service provider; including landlord/tenant law as applied to the nearly 3000 units of housing under ACTION's umbrella. In addition to this, Mr. Webster is heavily involved in eviction prevention policy and initiatives. He sits on the Board of Just Mediation, Inc., Residence at Wood Street, Inc., and the eviction prevention cohort convened by the National League of Cities. Mr. Webster has spoken on eviction prevention policy at the local, state, and national level, including being a featured speaker at the White House Summit on Eviction Prevention in Summer, 2021.
