R. MICHAEL MUNDEN is a tax attorney who has been practicing in Myrtle Beach since 1978, and is the principal of R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. He also holds the CPA, ChFC and CLU designations. Mr. Munden is a frequent speaker on tax, estate planning, probate and retirement plan topics. He is a certified public accountant in South Carolina (not currently actively practicing). Mr. Munden is a member of the Horry County and American bar associations, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a lecturer at the Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University and past chair of the Coastal Planned Giving Advisory Council. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina, and his ChFC and CLU degrees from American College.
BRIAN T. TREACY is the owner of the Elder Law & Estate Planning Center, Brian T. Treacy, Esq. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years and has dedicated the past 23 years to elder law and estate planning. His law practice is primarily devoted to addressing the aging and financial issues facing elder citizens, their families, and the disabled community. Mr. Treacy has extensive experience in helping seniors and the disabled maximize resources, retain their independence for as long as possible, and protect their assets as the aging process progresses. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and New Jersey, and is accredited by the Veteran's Administration. In addition to state and local bar associations, Mr. Treacy is a member of the South Carolina Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys' Elder Law Section. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from Tulane School of Law.
THOMAS W. WINSLOW is a founding partner of Goldfinch Winslow, LLC, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He has vast experience with medical malpractice, personal injury, employment law, criminal matters, real estate, probate, homeowners associations, police and jail misconduct, maritime law, and products liability.
