KAREN D. MOORE is an attorney with Brewe Layman PS where she practices in appellate law and criminal law. She also has handled high-conflict parenting cases involving allegations of sexual or physical assault, third-party custody cases, and cases involving complex property/business valuations. In addition to significant trial experience, Ms. Moore is also a seasoned mediator and arbitrator. Her experience as a pro tem judge and commissioner in Snohomish County helps her provide realistic and thoughtful guidance to clients as they go through the overwhelming process of litigation. Ms. Moore earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of Idaho; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. She is a member of the Snohomish County, Skagit County, and King County bar associations; and the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly Washington State Trial Lawyers Association). Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in Washington, Idaho and the Federal District Court for the District of Idaho.
