David N. Horowitz is a certified family law specialist and shareholder with Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek. He was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1990. Mr. Horowitz received his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law. He has focused his practice in all areas of family law for more than 20 years with extensive experience in divorce, legal separation, annulment, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, pre-nuptial agreements, parent coordination, domestic partnerships, grandparents rights, guardianship, step-parent adoption, and relocation. Mr. Horowitz, a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and collaborative divorce. He currently serves as a judge pro tempore and as a parenting coordinator for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Advisory Commission and is its current chair, the State Bar of Arizona Continuing Legal Education Committee, the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Council, Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Mr. Horowitz earned his undergraduate degree in business economics from the University of Arizona, and has been teaching economics and legal studies at Phoenix College since 1990. He has also taught family law/general practice skills at Arizona Summit Law School.
Matthew Johnson is a member of Estorga Johnson Law Firm PLLC. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Penn State University - Dickinson School of Law. While at Penn State, Mr. Johnson developed his legal skills by competing in mock trial and being a published member of the Penn State Journal of Law & International Affairs. He also interned for former 285th District Court Judge Richard Price. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Johnson made San Antonio his home. Prior to joining Estorga Johnson Law Firm PLLC, he spent time at a San Antonio law firm where he practiced in the area of family law before moving on to serve as general counsel for a San Antonio healthcare company. Mr. Johnson provides expertise and experience in the areas of business, health, and real estate law, as well as providing outside general counsel services. He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and Texas Bar Association Sections: Health Law, Business Law & General Counsel. Mr. Johnson received his B.A. degree from Texas A&A University and his J.D. degree from Penn State University - Dickinson School of Law.
Patrick A Wright is a senior partner with Wright Law Firm LLP. Mr. Wright is a licensed Texas attorney and is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and effective as of December 2020, he is board certified in child welfare law in Texas. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a fellow in the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialist. Mr. Wright has been elected to the Family Law Council which governs the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He has been trained in collaborative law and is a certified family law mediator. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern districts of Texas. He attended South Texas College of Law, where he received his J.D. degree. Prior to this, Mr. Wright attended the University of North Texas and obtained a degree in political science.
