ELIZABETH WALSH is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and New York. Ms. Walsh is an honors graduate of the University of Albany, New York. She received her J.D. degree from New York Law School, where she was a distinguished member of the Moot Court Association. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Walsh served as an assistant corporation counsel for the city of New York. She then worked in general litigation for a mid-sized firm in New York City. Ms. Walsh was a certified mediator in New York and New Jersey, focusing mainly on divorce, prior to her family’s relocation. She became a partner in Boothe Walsh Law & Mediation LLC, in 2017. KARI NELSON is an attorney who has handled a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, paternity, and guardianship. She also has handled a number of criminal law cases from traffic to misdemeanor to felony and appeals. Ms. Nelson also does work in the area of wills, trusts, and estate planning and general probate law. She graduated cum laude from Washburn Law School in 2003. During law school, she participated in Law Journal, Moot Court, and Law Clinic. Directly after law school, Ms. Nelson worked directly with the late Judge Elliott of the Kansas Court of Appeals as a research attorney.
TONY A. POTTER is a partner of Ward Potter LLC. Mr. Potter has extensive experience in family law including divorce, child custody, parenting time, and child support. He has handled hundreds of cases from beginning to end ranging from simple divorces to highly contested custody cases and appeals. Additionally, Mr. Potter has been a mediator in both domestic and civil law since 2000 and has mediated over 300 cases primarily concerning divorce and child custody.
