CHARLENE CATHCART is the founder of The Law Offices of Charlene Cathcart in Audubon. She has an extremely active civil and criminal litigation practice, with primary emphasis on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense, and municipal court; and also performs voluntary pro bono work for South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. and Camden City Municipal Court. She received a B.A. degree at Rutgers University Camden College of Arts and Sciences and her J.D. degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association.
JENNA C. SPATZ is an attorney with Leichter Leichter-Maroko LLP, where she practices in the areas of family law, child custody, visitation, and entertainmentk law. Ms. Spatz is a certified family law specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is also qualified and has been appointed by several courts to serve as minor’s counsel to represent children in high conflict custody and visitation matters. Ms. Spatz is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree is from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
TIFANNE E.E. WOLTER is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and, upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the Assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of Publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota; and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
