KEVIN A. HALL is the managing partner of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP's Columbia, South Carolina office and serves as a member of the Firm Management Committee. He has almost 30 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, administrative law, education law, and First Amendment law. Mr. Hall earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
M. VICTORIA TAYLOR is the professional development director at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, a certified DEIB in the workplace strategist, a certified DEIB facilitator, a certified culture facilitator, and an experienced emotional intelligence (EQ) workshop facilitator. In addition to coaching individual and teams and managing and creating leadership and professional development opportunities for attorneys and professional staff, Ms. Taylor is also heavily involved in designing and managing the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs (both external and internal). Prior to joining Womble, she spent eighteen years in higher education serving in senior administrator and associate professor of law roles at three North Carolina law schools. Ms. Taylor graduated with a B.A. degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
