SIMON I. ALLENTUCH is a partner in the law firm of Stockman O'Connor PLLC. Mr. Allentuch has a broad litigation practice representing healthcare providers and institutions, like hospitals and hospital based medical groups, concerning an array of legal issues facing these clients. These legal issues include: ERISA, director and officer disputes and liability, products liability, employment advising and litigation, healthcare regulatory issues, and medical malpractice defense. He drafts and advises clients regarding employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, and the implementation of employment manuals, policies and procedures. Mr. Allentuch represents clients in state and federal court at the trial level and on appeal, in arbitrations, and before various administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and the National Labor Relations Board. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Chicago, with departmental and general honors, and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor for the Review of Law and Social Change. He has been designated as a Superlawyer starting in 2014 and each year thereafter. Mr. Allentuch is a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars for other lawyers.
JONATHAN H. DODD is an attorney and partner at The Dodd Law Firm, LLC, where he focuses his practice on personal injury, workers compensation, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and injuries in slip and fall cases. Mr. Dodd was named Connecticut Super Lawyer member, 2012 and 2013 and named Outstanding Young Lawyer, Connecticut Magazine, Rising Star Section, 2009 - 2011. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. Mr. Dodd received his B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree at George Washington University.
CHRISTOPHER P. KRIESEN is the founder and principal of The Kalon Law Firm, LLC. He has tried several jury trials and has argued appeals before Connecticut's Appellate and Supreme Courts. He serves as an attorney trial referee in Hartford Superior Court. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
