Mr. Born is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and Georgia. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, South Carolina Association for Justice, and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
EZRA L. FINKLE is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in the firm's Houston office. He is a member of the general liability and transportation practices. Mr. Finkle has trial experience. He has obtained numerous dismissals by way of summary judgment and has had unfavorable rulings overturned by review and/or appeal. Mr. Finkle has taken and defended numerous depositions. He has published legal updates in both the fields of employment and medical malpractice law. Mr. Finkle earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Tulane University. He is a graduate of both the NITA Building Trial Skills program and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
MARK S. KARDOS is the principal in the Law Offices of Kardos & Goch, where he has litigated personal injury cases in Philadelphia for more than 42 years with several verdicts published in the Pennsylvania Jury Reporter and The Verdict (publication of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association). He also serves as a judge pro tem for the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court. Mr. Kardos earned his B.S. degree from Millersville University and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore Law School.
BARRY M. SNYDER is the owner of The Law Office of Barry M. Snyder, P.A. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience focusing in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Mr. Snyder is a board certified civil trial lawyer, mediator and qualified arbitrator. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as federal court - Southern Middle, Northern districts. Mr. Snyder is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association; committee member of the Miami-Dade Branch of Professionalism for Attorneys; past guest speaker at University of Miami Law School, St. Thomas Law School, and Miami-Dade College; and is a trial consultant with Trial Consultants Inc. He is also a former past president of the North Dade Bar Association. Mr. Snyder earned his B.A. degree from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire Law School (Franklin Pierce Law Center).
BRIAN M. SULLIVAN is an attorney from Everett, Washington, practicing personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on automobile crashes, neglect and abuse of vulnerable adults, and dangerous premises injuries. He also takes a select few criminal matters.
