Shruti Bhutani Arora is an associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP’s San Francisco location. She practices in the areas of digital transformation and data economy, as well as digital assets and data management. Ms. Arora takes a holistic approach in privacy matters as she helps clients with drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts and counsels them on privacy compliance, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She was recognized as a ”Rising Star” for Northern California Super Lawyers in 2022. Ms. Arora received her B.A., L.L.B from Punjabi University, Army Institute of Law, her J.D. from University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and her LL.M., Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in California and Florida.

Cynthia J. Cole is an intellectual property partner in Baker & McKenzie LLP's Palo Alto office, as well as a former CEO and general counsel. Before joining the firm, she was deputy department chair of the corporate section in the California offices of Baker Botts, where she built the technology transactions and data privacy practice. An intellectual property transactions attorney, Ms. Cole also has expertise in digital transformation, data privacy, and cybersecurity strategy. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including technology; media & telecoms; energy; mining & infrastructure; healthcare & life sciences; and industrials, manufacturing & transportation. Ms. Cole has deep experience in complex cross-border, IP, data-driven and digital transactions, and creating bespoke agreements in novel technology fields. She acts as outside general counsel to a number of executive teams and boards of directors. Ms. Cole earned her B.A. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in California.

Manisha Reddy is an associate in the Data Privacy and Security practice group at Baker & McKenzie LLP based in Chicago, advising global organizations on privacy and data security compliance requirements, as well as data security incident response. She focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional issues in global privacy and data protection, including cross-border data transfers, data security, and data breach notification. Ms. Reddy advises clients of all sizes and industries through data breaches and potential data security incidents, where she works closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement, forensic investigators, and third-party cybersecurity vendors to offer her clients effective breach response services in compliance with various privacy and data security laws and regulations, including but limited to, the CCPA, COPAA, FERPA, GLBA, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Reddy received her bachelor’s degree from Miami University and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
