ANNALYNN HOFFLAND is a trial attorney with the Chavez Legal Group and staff counsel for Fred Loya Insurance. Ms. Hoffland defends insureds in third party personal injury and fatality cases, and first party UM/UIM cases from inception through trial in Texas. Ms. Hoffland has first chair jury trial experience with exemplary results. She received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis and earned her J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law with Excellence Awards in Evidence and Procedure. Ms. Hoffland is admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas and Louisiana.
DAVID LINDSAY is a founding member and partner with Mejias Lindsay PLLC, based out of Houston, Texas. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, 18-wheeler accidents, traumatic brain injuries, and car accidents. Mr. Lindsay has a passion for helping those harmed by negligent parties. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and lectures across Texas to healthcare providers. Mr. Lindsay received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
