FRANK M. NUNES is the founder of the Law Offices of Frank M. Nunes, Inc. in Fresno. His primary focus is in personal injury law. Mr. Nunes' practice is devoted to litigation, whether on behalf of accident victims or defendants or business owners. His background includes serving as an in-house counsel for a nationally known insurance company and he previously served as a Tulare County District Attorney. He is a member of the State Bar of California, director of the Fresno County Bar Association, and is a member and past director of the California Association of Consumer Attorneys. Mr. Nunes has been selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2017. He earned his B.S. degree from California State University and his J.D. degree from San Joaquin College of Law.
SASCHA PENDEGRAFT is a medicolegal Detective and certified legal nurse consultant, and owner of SGP MedicoLegal. He is clinically experienced in the specialties of emergency medicine, critical care, and workers' compensation case management. Mr. Pendegraft has advanced training in cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, and trauma emergencies. Prior to becoming a certified legal nurse consultant, Mr. Pendegraft was a staff nurse, trauma team member, and intake coordinator at Kaweah Delta Medical Center’s Level III Trauma Center.
DONNA M. POST is the founder of Mid-Valley Legal Nurse Consulting, Inc., as well as a registered nurse. She is a certified legal nurse consultant and nurse care planner certified (NCPC). Ms. Post has 25 years of experience as a registered nurse in both clinical nursing and administrative settings. Her background specialties include cardiovascular/adult/pediatric ICU, dialysis, healthcare budgets, infrastructure, standards of care and deviations thereof, medical record analysis, and insight. Ms. Post has a proven record of success in utilizing her specialized knowledge and training to successfully consult and provide clients with guidance in medical and healthcare related issues. She specializes in cases involving medical malpractice in critical care and cardiovascular intensive care, as well as personal injury cases. Ms. Post also has keen talent in the areas of life care planning and reasonable cost of care analysis. She earned her B.S. degree from Fairfield University and her master's degree from the University of Phoenix.
DR. NASRATULLAH WAHIDI is a board-certified neuropsychiatrist with TMS Health Solutions. His area of focus is in neuropsychiatric disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, major depression, anxiety, ADHD, neurocognitive disorders, psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bipolar disorder. Dr. Wahidi is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. He earned his B.S. degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior from the University of California, Davis; and his M.D. degree from Ross University, School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky; and his fellowship training in behavioral neurology/neuropsychiatry at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center-Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
