JOHN W. BURNETT is of counsel with the law firm of Janik L.L.P., focusing his practice on tort and professional liability matters. Mr. Burnett has practiced primarily in the fields of medical malpractice, personal injury, and complex litigation. He has tried dozens of cases and has represented hundreds of clients both as counsel for the plaintiff and for the defense. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Illinois. Mr. Burnett received his B.A. degree from Knox College and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.
TERRENCE J. KENNEALLY is an insurance defense attorney and the president of Terrence J. Kenneally & Associates Co. He practices over a wide geographic area of the state, with emphasis on trial litigation. In his career, Mr. Kenneally has tried more than 400 jury trials. He has written articles for Ohio Lawyer magazine titled, "Taking a Look at Animal Liability Law in Ohio" and "Dogged Liability." Mr. Kenneally is a frequent speaker at claim seminars and a lecturer on a variety of topics for CLE programs. He was recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine. Mr. Kenneally has achieved board certification in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is also a diplomat of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the American, Ohio State, Cuyahoga County, Lorain County and Mahoning County bar associations; the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys; and the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron.
RICHARD S. KOBLENTZ is an attorney with Koblentz & Penvose, LLC. Mr. Koblentz devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility which includes, but is not limited to, legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. He also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation; criminal defense, both general and white collar; probate; real estate; small business counseling; and domestic relations. Mr. Koblentz has been a presenter, on well over 100 occasions, at continuing legal education seminars throughout the state of Ohio, as well as several other states on behalf of a number of government and judicial bodies, law schools, bar associations, and proprietary organizations. He has appeared as a guest lecturer teaching law students at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and the University of Akron School of Law. Mr. Koblentz's service to the profession and legal education includes serving as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, acting as an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and membership on the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. RONALD PLYMALE is a partner with Plymale & Dingus LLC, where his practice is focused on litigation. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; and the U.S. Tax Court. WILLIAM J. PRICE is an attorney with Elk & Elk Co., Ltd., who focuses his practice on personal injury litigation for people who have been seriously injured or killed. Mr. Price's experience is in the fields of medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective products, negligence in construction sites, and trucking and auto accidents.
