John W. Chapman is a partner in the Portland law firm of Kelly & Chapman, where he practices in the areas of workers’ compensation law, labor law, employee relations law, gun law, police liability, police misconduct, and personal injury law. He is admitted to practice in Maine. Mr. Chapman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maine State Bar Association. He earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Bowdoin College and J.D. degree from the University of Maine.
Noel H. Flasterstein is an attorney with Noel H. Flasterstein P.A. Mr. Flasterstein has experience with every area of firearms law, including concealed weapons permit (CWP) or license for carry of a concealed weapon (CCW) denial; firearms purchase rejection; wrongful dismissal cases; criminal defense of firearms-related charges, including unlawful display of a firearm, defensive display of a firearm, use of force, stand-your-ground (SYG)/castle doctrine law; and many other related areas. He teaches and lectures on matters on 2
nd Amendment law, gun ownership, and assorted areas related to firearms law. Mr. Flasterstein earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law, Miami Gardens, Florida.
Tom Grieve founded Grieve Law, LLC, in October of 2013 that now ranks among the largest and most award-winning criminal defense and drunk driving firms in Wisconsin. The attorneys at Grieve Law are both proud and honored to be trusted by the citizens of Wisconsin to represent them in extraordinarily difficult times across the state. Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Grieve has served as a speaker at the University of Wisconsin Law School on behalf of the Federalist Society concerning the 2nd Amendment, appears frequently on the national broadcast panels and conventions of the United States Conceal Carry Association, serves as a guest legal commentator for the Vicki McKenna show on Newstalk 1130 WISN, 1310 WIBA, and has appeared on National Public Radio, Wisconsin Public Radio, along with Fox News national among many other news and opinion outlets. He is also frequently invited to teach and update other attorneys and judges about criminal defense and constitutional law at Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) courses, both within and beyond Wisconsin. Mr. Grieve graduated with a double major in Medieval European History and Theology from Marquette University and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. He is a lifelong Wisconsin native and graduated high school from University School of Milwaukee.
Kevin L. Jamison is an attorney in private practice at Jamison Associates since 1983 doing a criminal, immigration, divorce, and general practice with a concentration in the area of weapons and self-defense. Mr. Jamison helped found the Western Missouri Shooters Alliance in 1989 and taught its personal protection course since its inception, primarily the legal instruction. This culminated in the WMSA video “Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law." Since 1989 he has served as an officer and director of WMSA. Mr. Jamison is currently president of Missourians for Personal Safety and the Missouri Sport Shooting Association. He currently teaches the legal section of the License To Carry course. Mr. Jamison taught undergraduate courses in criminal law, law and society, and law and terrorism at Avila College (now Avila University). Mr. Jamison received his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. His article, “Concealed Weapons and the Travelers’ Defense” was published in the March-April, 2000
Journal of the Missouri Bar. He contributes a legal column entitled “It Doesn’t Have to Make Sense, It’s Just the Law” to
Concealed Carry Magazine. Mr. Jamison wrote the WMSA “Stay Out of Jail Card” summarizing Missouri weapons and self-defense law. He is the author of the book
Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law and contributed a chapter, “Bowie Knife Law," to
Bowie Knives and Bayonets of the Ben Palmer Collection. In December, 2007, he and Tim Oliver co-produced a 2-disc DVD set
Missouri Concealed Carry and Self-Defense Law which covers the legal requirements for the License To Carry class and is used by many instructors.
Todd F. La Neve of La Neve Law Offices, has been in private practice for 29 years with a focus on criminal defense matters, self-defense law, and 2
nd Amendment related issues. A graduate of West Virginia University (BS 1989, JD 1992), his practice, based in Clarksburg, is statewide; and he has represented several thousand clients in matters arising from every county of the state.
