J. JACKSON WASTE is an attorney with Baker Manock & Jensen PC in Fresno, California. Mr. Waste's practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation, specializing in the representation of creditors both in and out of the bankruptcy process. He regularly speaks to groups of attorneys and publishes on subjects relating to creditor-focused bankruptcy law. Mr. Waste's experience includes the defense of creditors and debt collectors in actions brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association. Mr. Waste earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis.
