KENNETH W. LEE is a principal in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office of the law firm of Post & Schell, P.C., where he practices in the areas of construction law, government contracts, surety law, commercial litigation, land use and municipal law, including the litigation of various issues within those fields. His experience includes the representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, union health and welfare plans, and sureties in all areas of the construction industry. Mr. Lee has handled mechanics' lien matters on behalf of owners, contractors and subcontractors in several state and federal courts. He is the drafter of the Contracts Section of the Pennsylvania Standard Jury Instructions 2nd, 3rd and 4th Eds. (2003, 2005, 2011) published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Lee earned his B.A. degree from Gettysburg College, his M.A. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is a graduate of The Mercersburg Academy. He is a frequent lecturer and has published several works on his area of expertise.
