Y. Lisa Colon is a partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP. She has two decades of construction law experience, where she represents contractors, suppliers, owners, design professionals, construction managers, and sureties in public and private real estate and construction disputes. Ms. Colon is board certified in construction law by The Florida Bar. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a circuit mediator and is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. She is general counsel of the National Association of Minority Contractors and sits on the Executive Committee. Ms. Colon earned her B.A. degree from the University of Miami and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

 

Richard G Erickson is a partner with Snell & Wilmer, LLP, a national law firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Erickson is listed in Best Lawyers in America® for his construction law practice. He handles all types of construction transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Erickson is also serving in his 28th year of active and reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps and has deployed multiple times as both an infantry officer and judge advocate. He is further distinguished for his presentations and seminars to national audiences on civil and military law. Mr. Erickson earned his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona and J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific. He is also a former Construction Section chair for the State Bar of Arizona, was inducted as a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Associated General Contractors of America, Arizona Builders' Alliance and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.

 

James M McMahon is an attorney with CCA Civil, Inc. His practice focuses on construction law and litigation. Mr. McMahon is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State, and Massachusetts bar associations; the New Jersey State Bar Association's Construction Law Section; the Federal District Court of New Jersey and New York; and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of General Contractors and the New Jersey Utility and Transportation Contractors Association, serving on the Association's Legislative Affairs Committee. Mr. McMahon earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Boston College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
