EARL K. CANTWELL is a member of the Buffalo law firm of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., where he is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with 30 years of experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Cantwell focuses his practice in commercial litigation, including business contract matters, business disputes, real estate claims, securities litigation, business and partnership dissolution, as well as construction litigation. He is a member of the Erie County and the New York State bar associations. Mr. Cantwell earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Canisius College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
JOSEPH G. GOERGEN II is the lead attorney with Goergen Manson & McCarthy and staff counsel for The Hannover Insurance Group. Since his admission to practice, Mr. Goergen has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of personal injury claims. He has experience in automobile, premises liability, strict product liability, environmental claims, as well as commercial and contractual claims. Mr. Goergen has tried more than 60 cases to conclusion. Presently he represents defendants in personal injury accidents. Mr. Goergen has lectured extensively to insurers, paralegals and attorneys on litigation issues including summary jury trials, coverage issues, jury trials and liability among multiple tortfeasors. He has also been an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in paralegal studies at a number of institutions. Mr. Goergen has been named a Superlawyer™ on multiple occasions. Prior to joining his current practice, he was a senior trial attorney with the Law Office of Mary A. Bjork, successfully defending a number of personal injury cases. ELIZABETH A. KRAENGEL is a partner at Duke, Holzman, Photiadis & Gresens LLP, where she handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, first party insurance claims, employment disputes and personal injury cases. She has experience in mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings in local, state and federal court. Ms. Kraengel is the president of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York WNY Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors for the SUNY Buffalo Law School Alumni Association. She also serves on the Women in Construction Committee of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and WNY. Ms. Kraengel earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in Boston and her J.D. degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
CHRISTOPHER PANNOZZO is a partner with the law firm of Shaw & Shaw, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, general civil litigation, and criminal defense. F. DAVID RUSIN is a trial attorney and the attorney manager with William K. Mattar, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability and civil rights violations. Mr. Rusin is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern districts of New York, the U.S. Bankruptcy courts for the Western District of New York and the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. PETER VASILION is a solo practitioner with an office located in Williamsville, New York.
