JAMES H. CANNON is a Columbus-based attorney with Cannon Law, LLC. Mr. Cannon maintains a niche collections practice, focusing almost exclusively on commercial collections. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts in Ohio, including bankruptcy courts. Additionally, Mr. Cannon defends commercial lending institutions from various consumer and other lender-liability claims. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
RHETT A. PLANK is a sole practitioner in Gahanna, where he focuses his practice on collections, real estate and probate. He serves as an adjunct professor at Columbus State Community College where he teaches real estate law. Mr. Plank is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.
KENNETH M. RICHARDS is a partner in the law firm of Luper Neidenthal & Logan, where his practice in the firm's Bankruptcy Department includes the representation of Chapter 7 trustees, as well as, both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13. He previously has lectured on the fundamentals of bankruptcy law, bankruptcy litigation, and ethics to attorneys and other professionals, and was named an Ohio Super Lawyer in bankruptcy, debtor and creditor law from 2007 to 2014. Mr. Richards is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
