EEVA GREENLEY a partner in Rodenburg Law Firm, concentrates her practice on creditors' rights law. Ms. Greenley represents collection agencies, commercial forwarders, auto and consumer finance companies, debt buyers, state colleges, health care organizations, and other creditors in credit matters including consumer and commercial collections. She her undergraduate degree form Concordia College, and her J.D. degree from The University of North Dakota School of Law. Ms. Greenley is admitted to practice in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
ROGER J. MINCH has been employed as an attorney with Serkland Law Firm P.C., in Fargo since August of 1978. He practices in the areas of creditors' rights in bankruptcy, agricultural law, commercial litigation, secured transactions, leasing, loan documentation, workouts, collections and foreclosures. Mr. Minch is a certified creditors' rights specialist. He has spoken for numerous continuing legal education programs for the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar Association, banking and credit union associations, and private producers of continuing legal education programs. Mr. Minch earned his B.A. degree from North Dakota State University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of the Cass County and Minnesota State (member, Bankruptcy Section) bar associations, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Minch has helped present the annual bankruptcy update seminar for the State Bar Association of North Dakota every year from 1988 through 2014 except for the one year during that time the program was not presented.
CAREN L. STANLEY is an attorney with Vogel Law Firm, where her areas of concentration include business and commercial litigation; employment litigation and counseling; bankruptcy; creditor, debtor and collection; foreclosures; and evictions. She earned her undergraduate degree from Carleton College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law. Ms. Stanley is admitted to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, and before the U.S. District Court of Minnesota and North Dakota, South Dakota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals - Eighth Circuit.
