BRUCE L. BALDWIN is a partner in the law firm of Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., with offices in Pottstown, West Chester and Reading, Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in commercial transactions and civil litigation, and also represents both employers and employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including mediation, arbitration and trial work on shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, and wage payment and collection matters. Mr. Baldwin practices in the Pennsylvania state and federal courts throughout eastern Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Volunteer Attorney Employment Law Panel of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree from West Chester University and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
ANDREW W. BARBIN is the sole shareholder of the firm of Andrew W. Barbin, P.C. in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, with a statewide litigation practice. Mr. Barbin concentrates his practice in the areas of employment, construction, general business law, defamation/disparagement, ethics matters and complex litigation. He provides litigation support services to general practice attorneys in complex matters statewide, while working to maintain the referring attorney’s existing relationship with the client. Mr. Barbin earned a B.A. degree from the University of Richmond, and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron in Ohio. He passed the Ohio and Pennsylvania bar exams by examination and was admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and Ohio, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and has appeared pro hac vice in the courts of California, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and West Virginia. He has also appeared for arbitrations and depositions in Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Texas and Washington. The Ohio license is currently inactive, but capable of reactivation. Mr. Barbin was formerly associated with James Smith Durkin & Connelly, LLP, in Hershey, Pennsylvania (of counsel/litigator); Gleason & Barbin, P.C., in Harrisburg (shareholder) and McAleese, McGoldrick and Susanin, in the Philadelphia area (senior associate/litigator); and served as Administrative Clerk III to the Honorable John T.J. Kelly, Jr. of the Pennsylvania Superior Court for four and one-half years, with responsibilities related to drafting opinions, reviewing wiretap applications and judicial inquiry and review board matters. Previously, he was a certified legal intern in Ohio with internships with U.S. Magistrate Judge Charlies Laurie (N.D. Ohio) and Cuyahoga Falls Prosecutor Kent Graham. Mr. Barbin has been a regular CLE lecturer regarding employment, evidence, procedure, ADR, trial tactics, technology issues, SCOTUS and SCOCOP reviews, construction law matters, ethics and legal history for National Business Institute, PBI, DCBA, CCBA, MCBA, HACC and various professional associations.
ANDREW H. RALSTON JR. is of counsel with White and Williams, LLP, where he focuses his practice on litigation, including commercial litigation, mass tort litigation defense, the defense of health care professional liability claims, zoning and land use litigation, and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Ralston has more than 17 years of experience representing businesses, major healthcare institutions, and insureds in litigation throughout Pennsylvania. He handles both jury and bench trials, as well as alternative dispute arbitrations and mediations, in a variety of types of cases and in courts throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Ralston is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He received his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from Penn State - Dickinson School of Law.
EDWIN STOCK is an attorney with Roland Stock. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accident, truck accident, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and slip-and-fall cases for more than 30 years. Mr. Stock has tried cases extensively throughout the state and federal courts of eastern and central Pennsylvania. He has successfully represented victims of accidents and has achieved seven figure results in a substantial number of cases. Mr. Stock also has experience with municipal law, real estate law, business law and general civil litigation. He has represented numerous clients in a wide variety of matters in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. Mr. Stock lectures frequently for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Berks County Bar Association. He has taught at Alvernia University and St. Joseph University. Mr. Stock is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a past president of the Berks County Bar Association. Mr. Stock earned his undergraduate degree from Dickenson College and his law degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He is licensed to practice throughout Pennsylvania, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle districts, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
