JOSHUA CAMPBELL is an attorney with Jardine, Stephenson, Blewett & Weaver, P.C., where he practices in the areas of business transactions, entities, and operations, estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Campbell was admitted to the State Bar of Montana and joined the firm in 2008. He received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
MARTIN J. ELISON is a sole practitioner in Missoula, where he has over 30 years of experience and practices in the areas of financial law involving division of estates. These include bankruptcy estates, probate estates and marital estates. Mr. Elison has extensive trial law experience in criminal and dissolution matters. He has been a prosecutor and a public defender; drafted wills contracts; filed bankruptcy petitions; and helped families all over Montana. Ms. Mayer is one of the most experienced electronic trial consultants in the United States, with experience in state and federal courts and civil and criminal trials. She earned her B.A. degree from Duke University.
SUNDAY Z. ROSSBERG is an attorney at Rossberg Law Office, L.L.C., where she maintains an active family law practice. Ms. Rossberg has been practicing law for 20 years and has also focused in the areas of wrongful termination from employment, criminal defense, private business representation, real estate fraud litigation, personal injury litigation, wrongful death claims, youth in need of care proceedings, and inmate civil rights. She was instrumental in changing Montana law and the treatment of mentally ill inmates in Walker v. State, 2003 MT 134, 316 Mont. 103, 68 P.3d872, which was a 6 to 1 decision by the Montana Supreme Court, and the first case in Montana to address the Human Dignity Clause in Montana's State Constitution. Ms. Rossberg is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers' Association and the State Bar of Montana, where she has been selected by the Family Law Section to speak at legal seminars and instruct other lawyers on issues pertaining to family law. Ms. Rossberg is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, where she completed several graduate courses in advanced trial skills. She earned her B.A. degree from Carroll College and her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.
GREGG G. SMITH founded Smith Oblander & Meade, PC, opening the doors in 1993 as a sole practitioner who would take nearly any case that walked in the door. Mr. Smith mostly handles insurance defense matters and structures liquor and gaming transactions. He is a past president of the Cascade County Bar Association and the Cascade County Law Clinic. Mr. Smith received his B.S. degree from the University of Montana and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Montana School of Law.
