Richard D Giglio is an attorney with the law firm of Maney|Gordon in Tampa, Florida, where he practices in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Giglio and his firm co-counsel with attorneys from across the country as trial counsel in all manner of injury cases. He has extensive experience handling cases through every aspect of litigation. Mr. Giglio has more than 50 jury trials to his credit and several hundred non-jury trials. He has also argued before Florida's Second District Court of Appeal. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Giglio spent several years serving the citizens of Florida as an assistant state's attorney in Tampa. While there, he prosecuted and tried almost every type of crime from DUI to homicide. He also served as defense counsel for major insurance companies for approximately four years, a position which allowed him to gain significant insight into insurance practices that he now uses for the benefit of injured plaintiffs. Mr. Giglio earned his B.A. degree from The College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. He also spent a year studying abroad at the University of St. Andrews. Mr. Giglio has been a member of the The Florida Bar since 1997, and is admitted to practice before all state courts and federal courts in Florida.

Leonard D Zaccagnino is a senior partner with the law firm of Shaw & Shaw, P.C., in Hamburg, New York, where he practices in the areas of personal injury and general civil litigation, as well as civil, criminal, and trial law. Mr. Zaccagnino has spoken before the Young Lawyers Section of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Buffalo Law School, and coaches the trial team at that school. Mr. Zaccagnino earned his B.S. degree from Canisius College and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University.
