MARK S. Mr. Evans has business valuation experience in more than 100 engagements, including manufacturing, distribution, franchising, retail, restaurant, and many professional services. His valuations have been used for many different purposes, including estate and gift taxation, partner buy-ins and exits, marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, economic damage, and other matters. Mr. Evans also has forensic accounting experience in dozens of matters, including records reconstruction, asset tracing and discovery, lost profits, malpractice, and malfeasance. He has testified as an expert witness in both California and Ohio.
