DAVID J. BERARDO is a founding shareholder of DiMascio & Berardo, P.C. He focuses his practice in international transactions and tax law. He has over 45 years of experience living and practicing law abroad. Mr. Berardo counsels and offers tax advice to individuals and business owners in connection with the formation, management, acquisition, reorganization and tax compliance/reporting obligations of foreign and domestic entities, as well as domestic and international not-for-profit organizations. He received his B.A. degree in International Relations from Pomona College in Claremont, California and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Berardo is a frequent lecturer on international tax topics, including international asset protection.
STEVEN E. CLARK is the senior partner and founder of Clark Firm PLLC, where he concentrates his practice on business formation, contractual agreements and advice, business and commercial litigation, employment and labor law, general civil litigation, healthcare and construction. Mr. Clark has lectured and written on subjects such as choice of business entity considerations, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, partnerships, construction law, employment law, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He is also active in handling federal Department of Labor (DOL) and state (TWC) and health integrity/ZPIC audits/investigations of employers and small businesses and defending related litigation. Mr. Clark is licensed to practice before U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, Federal Circuit, and all federal and state courts in Texas. He earned his B.A. degree and J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Houston.
MARK D. KIMBALL is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial, and property law and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. Mr. Kimball is admitted to practice in Washington, New York and Texas. He is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk universities in Europe and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in Superior Court cases involving limited liability companies and governance and other member issues. Mr. Kimball earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (Taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law and also holds an LL.M. degree, in Transnational Commercial Practice, from Europe.
JOHN P. McGEEHAN is a member of the Fairfax law firm of McGeehan Pascale, PLC, where he practices in the areas of business law, advanced real estate transactions, commercial contracts, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. He teaches business courses for Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) in Washington, D.C. and at Northern Virginia Community College. Mr. McGeehan has been a speaker at continuing legal education programs for bar associations and National Business Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from Kings College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University, and has completed professional graduate courses at the University of Virginia and the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. McGeehan is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit), the U.S. District Court (Eastern and Western districts of Virginia), and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, American Bar Association, The Commercial Law League and the Virginia Creditors Bar Association.
