SHAUNDA C. LYNCH is a partner with Foster O'Daniel Hambridge & Lynch LLP, where she focuses on DUI/criminal defense, divorce, personal injury, estate planning, business law, and intellectual property. She is licensed in both Indiana and North Carolina. Ms. Lynch earned her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and her J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.

MATTHEW D. MALCOLM is an attorney with Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP, where he practices business law, real estate law, economic development law, creditors’ rights law, bankruptcy law, and debt collection law in the state of Indiana. Focusing on results, he is interested in meeting each client’s needs and providing quality counsel. Mr. Malcolm provides legal analysis and counsels his clients on the business and financial implications of a client's legal options. Prior to joining Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP he interned with the Marion County Public Defender’s Agency and with KDDK. While pursuing his Juris Doctor at Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, Mr. Malcolm was involved with the Bankruptcy Debtor Program, Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies (notes editor), Sherman Minton Moot Court, Indiana University Student Association (grammarian), and Congressional Committee (chairperson). He served as an International Orientation Guide (co-leader) and was a member of Delta Tau Delta (Judicial Board member) and Campus Crusade for Christ (student leader) while studying international management and Mandarin at Butler University in Indianapolis.

ADRIA S. PRICE is an attorney with the Santa Claus law firm of Price & Associates, LLC, where she focuses her practice on the areas of tax planning and controversy, estate planning and administration. Ms. Price is a recognized expert witness before federal courts on the subject of the tax treatment of Internal Revenue Code Sec 412(i) and 419 Plans. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Price is a member of the Executive Committee of the Bay Area Young Tax Lawyers and past chair of the Young Tax Lawyers, a standing committee of the Taxation Section of the State Board of California, and public member of the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Kentucky where she also was awarded membership into the Golden Key National Honor Society and Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Price received her law degree from the University of Kansas, where she was a founding member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She received her LL.M. degree in taxation, with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.
