JONATHAN F. COHEN is the managing partner with Plosia Cohen LLC, where his practice area focuses on labor and employment, civil litigation, and school law. GEORGE P. GURDAK is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor, concentrating on financial management and business planning. Mr. Gurdak has significant experience in bank compliance, operational risk, Sarbanes-Oxley, 10K/10Q reporting, portfolio credit analysis, budget planning, controllership and treasury operations. BRETT R. HARRIS is a shareholder of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., with offices in Woodbridge and Eatontown, New Jersey; New York City; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A business, nonprofit and technology attorney, her broad-based general corporate practice includes transactional matters and client counseling, mergers and acquisitions, document drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and policy development. Ms. Harris has a particular focus on counseling non-profit organizations including entity formation, establishing and maintaining tax exempt status, and complying with fundraising regulations. She counsels boards on governance, mission statement development and strategic planning. In addition, Ms. Harris advises clients on structuring and operating family foundations, including grantmaking due diligence and administration of grant agreements.
