GINA BONGIOVI is the founder and managing partner of Bongiovi Law Firm, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She focuses her practice on business formation, business contracts and business management. Ms. Bongiovi is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association including the Young Lawyers Section, Solo and Small Firm Division, and Business Law Division. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and all Nevada state courts. Ms. Bongiovi graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas Honors College with a B.S.B.A. degree. She was one of the first students to earn a dual law degree/MBA from the William S. Boyd School of Law and College of Business at University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
JOSHUA P. GILMORE is an attorney at Bailey Kennedy, LLP, where his practice is two-fold. One part of Mr. Gilmore’s practice focuses on matters involving professional responsibility and legal ethics, including legal malpractice (plaintiff and defendant), attorney disqualification, lawyer advertising, charging and retaining liens, and defense of attorneys in matters before the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of Nevada. He also advises clients on ethics and compliance-related issues that arise in the course of their practice. The other part of Mr. Gilmore’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, antitrust and unfair competition, and business torts. Mr. Gilmore is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University in New Orleans and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
PATRICIA LEE is a partner in the law firm Hutchison & Steffen LLC, practicing primarily in business and commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract enforcement/defense, non-competition agreements, commercial lease review and litigation, family law, trademark registration and litigation, collections, mechanics' liens/foreclosures, and medical claims billing. She is the current president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association Foundation and was appointed by Governor Gibbons to serve as chair of the Nevada Crime Commission. Ms. Lee is currently on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and she was named Legal Aid's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. She became the first Nevada attorney to receive the American Bar Association’s national Pro Bono Publico Award for her demonstrated outstanding commitment to volunteer legal services for the poor and disadvantaged. Ms. Lee currently serves as the president for the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada and as a board member of the Women's Chamber of Commerce. She earned two B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School.
JEFFREY J. WHITEHEAD is an owner and partner of Whitehead & Burnett, where he practices real estate law, civil litigation, gun law, business formations, e-commerce law, and estate planning. Mr. Whitehead has practiced before the courts of Nevada, Arizona and New York, both in state and federal, and he has practiced before the probate courts. He has been involved in drafting statutes. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Arizona, Colorado and New York State bar associations, and the American Society of Medical Association Counsel. Mr. Whitehead earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his B.A. and J.D. degrees, cum laude, from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University.
