JOEL B. ALBERT has been practicing law for almost 30 years, mostly on his own with the Law Offices of Joel B. Albert, P.C. Mr. Albert’s practice concentrates in commercial transactions and contracts, commercial litigation, and commercial and residential real estate. He also handles select personal injury, products liability, subrogation and professional liability matters. Mr. Albert is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He received a B.B.A from the George Washington University and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
LISA A. BARTON is a shareholder with Bazelon Less & Feldman, P.C. Ms. Barton has practiced as a commercial litigator since 1996, with a focus on construction law, including construction contracts, contractor payment disputes, mechanics’ lien claims, and construction defect and delay litigation. Her areas of practice also include breach of contract disputes, bankruptcy law (including creditors’ rights and preference action defense), employment law and employee relations, insurance law, government litigation, and business torts, as well as a variety of general commercial litigation matters. Ms. Barton is a member of the American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Before she began her legal career, Ms. Barton practiced architecture for ten years. She is a registered architect in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Barton received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law where she was awarded the Bonnie Rome Scholarship. She received her B. Arch. from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and received her M. Arch. degree and a certificate in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Barton is a member of the Board of Directors of Exceptional Care for Children, a non-profit pediatric hospice and long-term care facility located in Newark, Delaware.
DANIEL S. BERNHEIM 3D is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A., and he serves as the managing partner of the firm's Philadelphia office where his practice is devoted to commercial litigation with a concentration in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, lender liability and negotiable instruments. He has been trial counsel in a number of matters with published opinions concerning Federal Consumer protection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act. He also has served as an expert witness on behalf of law firms accused of violating these acts. Mr. Bernheim is a member of the Philadelphia and American bar associations, the Trial Lawyers Association of America, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A degree from the University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. degree from Villanova University and was a member of the first LL.M. degree class in trial advocacy from Temple University.
MATT BRINKER is an attorney with Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, in the Philadelphia area. He’s a business lawyer who focuses his practice on M&A, debt and equity financings, start-ups, and other corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Brinker works with a variety of business clients, from entrepreneurs and their start-ups to large publicly-traded companies, in a variety of sectors (including transportation and logistics, financial services, internet technology, medical devices and business services). Mr. Brinker represents early-stage and emerging companies in capital-raising transactions - from seed rounds to Series C rounds to control investments - and represents middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies in numerous M&A transactions, domestic and international, involving preferred equity financing, and/or senior secured and mezzanine debt financing. Mr. Brinker also regularly serves as “outside general counsel” for corporate clients on various commercial and corporate governance matters. Mr. Brinker received his law degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law; holds an M.B.A degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business; and a B.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University. MARK S. CHERRY is a sole practitioner who focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business planning, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Federal District courts, Bankruptcy Court, Federal Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Cherry is a certified valuation analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. JACKLYN FETBROYT is a member of Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC. She was listed as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star for 2010, 2013-2018. Ms. Fetbroyt specializes in counseling companies and business owners through all stages of their ventures from conception to dissolution, assisting her business clients in all of their needs for maintenance and growth and represents her business clients in negotiating and documenting various transactions (including real estate or other property acquisitions, leases, master client/customer and vendor/supply agreements, etc.). CASEY GREEN is a partner at the law firm of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green and has been a licensed attorney since 2003. Mr. Green received his B.A. degree from Brandeis University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey. Mr. Green is also admitted to practice in various federal courts, including the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit. ROGER A. JOHNSEN has been practicing law for more than 50 years. He practices in the areas of partnerships, corporations, estate planning and estate administration as well as elder law.
