CANDACE D. ARMSTRONG is the owner of Armstrong Law Offices LLC, in Brook, Indiana. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana. Ms. Armstrong provides corporate legal experience to small to mid-sized businesses, including emerging companies. This representation includes corporate governance, entity formation, regulatory advice, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. She combines her legal education and corporate legal work with a history of small business involvement and ownership. Ms. Armstrong is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association. CHRISTOPHER HIRSCHFELD is director of valuation services with Somerset CPAs. With more than 25 years of personal and corporate finance experience, Mr. Hirschfeld concentrates on business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), litigation support, marital dissolutions, estate taxes, and gift tax filings. He is experienced as an expert witness in litigation matters involving business value, losses and damages, and marital dissolutions. Mr. Hirschfeld earned his B.A. degree in government and business administration from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Appraisers and he is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA).
RUSSELL D. MILLBRANTH is a partner with Millbranth & Bush, where he concentrates his practice in corporate law, entity development, contract negotiations, elder law, and estate planning and administration. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, his Masters degree from the College of William & Mary, and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. LINDA L. CHEZEM serves of counsel at Foley Peden & Wisco, P.A. She was consecutively appointed to the Lawrence County Court, the Lawrence Circuit Court, and the Indiana Court of Appeals for a total of 22 years of service. Ms. Chezem is a professor emerita at Purdue University’s School of Agriculture. She presently holds an adjunct appointment at Indiana University’s School of Medicine. Ms. Chezem works on federal, state and local policy on agriculture, alcohol, and related rural health issues. She has been particularly interested in agricultural law and rural communities. Ms. Chezem earned her B.S. degree from Indiana State University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.
CHRISTOPHER E. DENNEY, MPA, MST, CPA, CGMA, ABV, CVA, CM & AA, is the managing member with Silvermark CPAs & Advisors, where he has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has represented three Big 4 accounting firms, some in tax leadership roles, and a Fortune 500 company as a tax officer. Mr. Denney's strengths are in identifying tax planning opportunities and areas of tax risk, and some of his tax research has been nationally published. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the ABV Section; the Indiana CPA Society; the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; and the Ball State University Accounting Department Executive Advisory Council. Mr. Denney earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Ball State University and both of his M.S. degrees in taxation and professional accountancy from Indiana University.

RUTHERFORD is an attorney with Thrasher Buschmann & Voelkel, P.C., where he practices in the areas of business and entrepreneur law, white collar defense (administrative and criminal), legal opinions, and litigation.
