CHARLES W. KRAMER is an attorney with Weiss Law Office, S.C., where he currently practices in the areas of insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, Mr. Kramer has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. He also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. Mr. Kramer earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
P. CHARLES SCHOLLE is a partner in Scholle Law in Duluth, Georgia, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, premises liability, vehicular accidents, and products liability. Mr. Scholle has been a frequent speaker and author on topics related to his areas of practice before various bar associations and professional groups. He earned his B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Business and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Scholle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Atlanta Bar Association (member, Board of Directors and Emeritus Lifetime Board Member of the Estate and Probate Section), the Dekalb County Bar Association, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
JAMES K. THEISEN is an attorney in the Rockford office of Hupy and Abraham. With more than a decade of experience, he handles personal injury claims. Mr. Theisen earned his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Phi Delta Phi Award for outstanding achievement in legal ethics and the Academic Achievement Scholarship. He also served as a student ambassador for Southern Illinois University School of Law and participated in William & Mary School of Law’s summer program in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Theisen is licensed to practice in Illinois’ state and federal courts, as well as the state of Missouri. He also is a member of the Winnebago County and the Illinois State bar associations.
