LAWRENCE S. GLOSSER is a partner with Ahlers & Cressman PLLC. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry as a broker, manager, developer, and attorney since 1978. Mr. Glosser is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. He brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. Mr. Glosser assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. He graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where he was associate editor of the Law Review and served as judicial extern to Hon. William L. Dwyer at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. Mr. Glosser is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. He was formerly an associate at Perkins Coie, and served as assistant general counsel for Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., at its Seattle headquarters. Prior to joining Ahlers & Cressman PLLC, Mr. Glosser was the owner and managing member of Glosser Law Offices, PLLC, located in Bellevue, Washington. He has been designated as a Super Lawyer in the area of real estate and has a Rating of 10 (Superb) by AVVO.
