DONALD D. ALLEN is an attorney at the law firm of Markus Williams Young & Zimmermann LLC. His practice focuses on advising borrowers and commercial lenders regarding the sale and financing of real property, with an emphasis on distressed property situations. Mr. Allen served as a contributing editor for the ABI publication, When Gushers Go Dry - The Essentials of Oil and Gas Bankruptcy. He has presented numerous continuing professional education seminars dealing with real property, oil and gas, title issues, foreclosure and commercial bankruptcy. Mr. Allen also served as an instructor of business law at the University of Phoenix for five years. He a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Allen earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. degree from the University of Santa Clara.

EMILY JARVIS is an attorney practicing in Seattle, Washington at the firm of Wells and Jarvis, P.S. She assists primarily debtors with consumer and commercial bankruptcies under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13. Ms. Jarvis is a member of the King County (Creditor-Debtor Section) and Washington State bar associations. She also participates as a volunteer attorney for the King County Bar Association's Debt Clinic. Ms. Jarvis graduated, cum laude, with a B.A. degree in sociology and environmental studies from Whitman College. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Washington in 2009.

JEFFREY B. WELLS practices in Seattle, Washington at the firm of Wells and Jarvis, P.S. He has concentrated his practice in commercial bankruptcy, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 wage-earners' plans, and consumer bankruptcy for the past 30 years. Mr. Wells is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars relating to creditor and debtor rights and bankruptcy. He is a member of the King County and Washington State bar associations. Mr. Wells earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, with college honors in history from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Willamette University.

CHRISTINE WOLK has been a bankruptcy attorney for more than 30 years. She previously represented creditors in foreclosure and collection. Ms. Wolk now limits her practice only to consumer representation. She represents individuals in consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings; consumers being sued for foreclosure of their homes; and represented consumers under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Wisconsin Consumer Act. Ms. Wolk earned her B.A. degree from Ripon College and her J.D. degree from the John Marshall School of Law in Chicago. She is a member of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors' Rights, Appellate and Public Interest sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Ms. Wolk also is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is an associate member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees.
