TROY FOXÂ is a partner in the firm of Crosby & Fox, LLC. He has extensive bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7 and 13 cases. He has handled arguments before the Nevada Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit B.A.P. on bankruptcy related issues. Mr. Fox has been involved in the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program since it first started in 2009. The firm has handled more than 200 mediation cases, representing home owners and helping stop foreclosures. Mr. Fox also has been helping his clients take advantage of the Mortgage Mediation Modification program that the Nevada Bankruptcy Court started. He has served twice on the Bankruptcy Local Rules Committee in his district. He has published a short book on bankruptcy titled “Don’t Lose Your Shirt In Sin City.” Mr. Fox has recently been appointed as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Nevada in Las Vegas. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
TARA GASCHLER SALINAS is a founding and managing member of Salinas Law Group LLC, a Denver, Colorado law firm specializing in complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and appeals. Ms. Salinas has served as the vice-chairman of the Bankruptcy Local Rules Committee for the District of Colorado. She has also served as a member of two merit selection panels for the 10th Circuit, evaluating candidates for bankruptcy judicial positions in the District of Colorado. Ms. Salinas graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law. She is a regular panelist for local, regional, and national seminars.
BLAIR ZANZIG is a principal at Hiltz & Zanzig LLC, where he counsels small and mid sized companies regarding a wide range of business disputes focusing on achieving business-driven results. Mr. Zanzig has successfully litigated issues involving breach of contract, business torts, breach and fiduciary duties, business valuation, uniform commercial code matters, as well as enforcing and collecting judgments. He has an active bankruptcy litigation practice in which, among other things, he has successfully litigated valuation issues, contested confirmation hearings, cash collateral orders, discovery matters, and a wide range of adversary proceedings in bankruptcy courts throughout the country. Mr. Zanzig also serves as counsel for court-appointed receivers in a variety of matters, including enforcement actions brought by government agencies. He began his career in the complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy restructuring practices of some of the nation's largest and most-respected firms. Mr. Zanzig earned his M.S. degree in resource economics from The University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
