CHRISTOPHER R. ALLISON is an attorney with Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench, LLP, and has practiced for more than sixteen years in California, with trials in all four San Diego superior civil courthouses. Although the majority of his work involves litigation, with specialization in the many areas of insurance defense, he also greatly appreciates advising individuals and businesses on how to avoid litigation. ANNETTE C. CLARK is a partner with CTSC Law LLP. Her practice encompasses many areas including personal injury, employment litigation and consultation, business, bad faith, class action, general liability, premises liability, and declaratory judgment actions. In addition to litigation, Ms. Clark handles a wide variety of insurance coverage matters, including offering coverage opinions and advice to both insurance carriers and institutional clients, and handling uninsured motorist arbitrations on behalf of both insureds and carriers. She has helped many clients obtain insurance benefits which were originally denied by the carrier under both commercial and personal insurance policies and has obtained summary judgment for insurers accused of bad faith for denying coverage. Ms. Clark has successfully litigated cases through jury and bench trials in both state and federal court, in private arbitration, and has handled declaratory judgment actions on behalf of both insureds and insurers. Before switching careers to become an attorney, Ms. Clark worked for 14 years in insurance management where she gained extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of general insurance industry, claims handling, and underwriting practices. BRIAN P.
