TIMOTHY L. ASHFORD is a former prosecutor and now a defense attorney. Mr. Ashford has used his experience and knowledge of the law to represent thousands of criminal defendants in both state and federal court for serious crimes and has more than 28 years of legal experience. Mr. Ashford is licensed in Nebraska, Colorado, in all the federal courts in Nebraska, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He graduated in the accelerated Drake University Law School Program in two and a half years.
DAVID A. CASTELLO is the managing attorney of Brundo, Testan, Novell & Jimenez, where he practices in the areas of business law, workers' compensation, personal injury, corporate law, and tort and trial practice litigation. Mr. Castello is a frequent presenter on these areas of law. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska; the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. Mr. Chandler is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
DANNY C. LEAVITT is an attorney at Salerno & Associates, where he assists in all stages of civil litigation and appellate litigation. Mr. Leavitt currently serves as a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and a board member for the Nebraska Appellate Law Section. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law, with a Certificate in Litigation.
