JUSTIN H. BROWN is a partner in the Tax and Estates Department at Pepper Hamilton LLP, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and estate litigation. Mr. Brown focuses his practice on state and tax planning practice involves advising clients in connection with wealth transfer, asset protection, and business succession strategies. In his estate and trust administration practice, he counsel fiduciaries with respect to their duties and obligations in the administration of estates and trusts. Finally, he represents beneficiaries of estates and trusts in assuring that executors and trustees fulfill their duties and obligations. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, along with the state courts of Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Mr. Brown earned his B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated with college honors; his J.D. degree from The American University Washington College of Law, where he graduated, cum laude; and served as a note and comment editor for the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He is currently the chair-elect of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and he serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law.
MARTY G. HELLE is a partner with the law firm of Hoversten, Johnson, Beckmann & Hovey, LLP, in Austin, Minnesota. Mr. Helle primarily practices in real estate, probate, and litigation. He also practices in the area of medical assistance and nursing home planning. Mr. Helle received two bachelor’s degrees from Iowa State University; and graduated, with honors, from Drake University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
GEORGE S. PEEK is a shareholder with Crivello Carlson, S.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of secured lending and transactions, creditor/debtor litigation, business and commercial litigation, and products liability litigation. In the course of his practice, Mr. Peek also provides transactional services in the areas of business entity creation and dissolution, real estate, trusts and estates. He is a member of the American and Milwaukee bar associations. Mr. Peek's bar admissions include the State of Wisconsin, the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
