PATRICIA H. COMBS is a skilled, compassionate attorney, who has personal experience in many areas of family law. She specializes in cases of child support and adoption, legal mediation and alternative dispute, and divorce and annulment. Ms. Combs has more than 16 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.
PATRICK DeCAROLIS JR. is a certified family law specialist, has been practicing for more than 30 years, and has limited his practice to family law matters for the past 25 years. He concentrates his family law practice in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Mr. DeCarolis earned his J.D. degree from Whittier College School of Law. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.
MEGAN E. GREEN is a partner in the family law department at Feinberg, Mindel, Brant & Klein LLP. Ms. Green is a certified family law specialist and has been practicing family law for 14 years. Her practice focuses on complex child custody disputes, including move away cases, as well as division and characterization of assets and debts, determination of child and spousal support, tracing of assets, fiduciary duty obligations, transmutations, business valuations, paternity disputes, and palimony actions. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Ms. Green earned her B.A. degree from Auburn University and her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School.
LINDA L. McLARNAN-DUGAN has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field as a practicing attorney. Her areas of practice includes all areas of family law, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, and estate planning. Ms. McLarnan-Dugan negotiates settlements when possible but is an experienced family law litigator and well versed in the procedures needed to get a case through trial. She is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar, and Pasadena Bar Association. Ms. McLarnan-Dugan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of West Los Angeles College of Law.
SHANE READ, CPA/ABV, CFE with Shane Read CPA Accountancy, specializes in business valuation and litigation support relating to financial issues. His experience encompasses a wide range of issues in family law and civil litigation, including business appraisals, tracing of separate property, income available for support, damage analysis, and uncovering unreported income and hidden assets. Mr. Read graduated with a M.S. degree in accounting from the University of Tampa and has been working in public accounting since 2007. While in Tampa he gained three years of experience in external audit and income tax preparation. Mr. Read is licensed as a certified public accountant by the State of California. He has served as a court appointed expert under Evidence Code 730. He is a certified fraud examiner, and has been given the title of accredited business valuator by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He appreciates the growth opportunities and challenges that business valuation and litigation support afford.
S. ROGER ROMBRO is the founder of Rombro & Manley LLP, and is a certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills bar associations. He is admitted to practice in California; U.S. District Court, Central District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Rombro earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law.
JEREMY J. SALVADOR, CFE, CFS, CFC, CTC, RFI, CIFA, ASBC, is a partner at Miod and Company, LLP, where he has been specializing in forensic accounting since 2009. Mr. Salvador regularly prepares income reports, business valuations, arrearage calculations, tracings, damage computations, and apportionment analyses. He has qualified and testified as an accounting expert witness for the Los Angeles superior courts. Mr. Salvador earned his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University - San Bernardino; professional certificates in advanced computer security, innovation and emerging technologies from Stanford University; and is currently attending Harvard University pursuing his M.A. degree in finance. He is a member of the American Accounting Association, American Board of Forensic Accounting, Institute of Certified Business Consultants, Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
JENNA C. SPATZ is an attorney with Leichter Leichter-Maroko LLP, where she practices in the areas of family law, child custody, visitation, and entertainment law. Ms. Spatz is a certified family law specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is also qualified and has been appointed by several courts to serve as minor’s counsel to represent children in high conflict custody and visitation matters. Ms. Spatz is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
