HON. JOHN L. FLYNN III has served as a Judge for the Superior Court of Orange County since 1998. Judge Flynn currently serves on the Family Law Panel.

HON. SHERRI HONER has served as a Judge for the Superior Court of Orange County since 2013. Judge Honer currently serves on the Family Law Panel.

HON. FRANZ E. MILLER has served as a Judge for the Superior Court of Orange County since 2002. Judge Miller has served on the Family Law Panel and the Unlimited Civil Panel.

HON. CLAY M. SMITH, Ret., began his tenure in 1998 as a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County and retired from the bench in 2017. Prior to the Superior Court Judge Smith served as a Judge of the Municipal Court of North Orange County from 1997-1998. He has served on the Family Law Panel since 2008 and as Supervising Judge of the Family Law Panel from 2012-2015. Judge Smith has also served at the Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court.

MODERATOR - DANIEL J. BOEHM is the principal of The Law Office of Daniel James Boehm in Santa Ana. He is a certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Boehm has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 1982. He has served as judge pro tem and mediated family law matters in both Orange and Los Angeles County Superior courts and has been appointed in Orange County to represent minor children in numerous court proceedings.
