MEGHAN A. BODIE is an attorney with the law firm of Smith Lehberger & Bodie, where she practices in the areas of family law, custody and visitation, adoptions, divorce, and orders of protection. Ms. Bodie is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and Knoxville and Tennessee bar associations. After graduating from Emory & Henry with a degree in political science, Ms. Bodie went on to attend Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. While studying for her degree, Ms. Bodie interned with the Alabama Attorney General's Office and the Tennessee Supreme Court, gaining valuable legal experience that she uses regularly.
BLAIR KENNEDY is an attorney with Smith Lehberger & Bodie, practicing exclusively in family law with extensive experience in adoption, child welfare, child custody, and other related domestic issues. While in law school, Ms. Kennedy was active in the Women’s Bar Association, worked for the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, worked as a student attorney at the Rankin County Youth Court, as a guardian ad litem in Hinds County Chancery Court, and interned with the Hinds County Chancery Court. She completed her B.S. degree at Austin Peay State University, while working full time for the Tennessee General Assembly in Nashville. Ms. Kennedy received her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and The Mississippi Bar.
