HON. DAVID HAMILTON is a District Court Judge in the 2nd Judicial District, and serves in Weber, Davis and Morgan counties.

HON. NOEL S. HYDE is a District Court Judge in the 2nd Judicial District and serves in Weber, Davis and Morgan counties.

HON. PAIGE PETERSEN is a District Court Judge in the 3rd Judicial District, and serves in Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele counties.

MODERATOR - LYNN C. HARRIS is a shareholder with Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, P.C., where he practices as plaintiff in the personal injury and medical malpractice group. Mr. Harris has more than 30 years of experience representing injured individuals in state and federal courts. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented individuals and their families in cases involving work-related injury, products liability, birth injury, brain injury, car accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Mr. Harris served on the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and is currently a member of the advisory board. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific.
