OLIVEIRA maintains a practice in Providence, Rhode Island, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, construction and surety law, and complex litigation. He has written and lectured extensively on medical, personal injury, and trial practice topics for professional and civic groups. Mr. Oliveira is an adjunct professor of law and medicine, advanced torts, trial advocacy, and advanced trial advocacy at Roger Williams University School of Law.
