SIMON H. BLOOM is the founder of Bloom Parham, LLP. He is a true trial lawyer in every sense. In a time when very few complex commercial litigation matters reach juries, his experience and track record places him on an elite short list of stand up oral advocates. Mr. Bloom has tried cases, argued appeals and handled arbitrations (domestic and international) in venues throughout the United States with great success. Corporate clients turn to him when the stakes are high and to send the message to the opposition that they are not afraid to go to trial. Mr. Bloom graduated from the University of Virginia law school and clerked for two U.S. District Court judges in the Northern District of Alabama. He leads a trial boutique of twelve lawyers out of his Atlanta office. Mr. Bloom teaches and lectures on trial practice, oral advocacy and evidence regularly to lawyers and law students alike. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

TROY R. COVINGTON is counsel in the law firm of Bloom Parham, LLP. In his role with Bloom Parham, LLP, he counsels clients on business matters involving trademark and trade secret claims, contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, partnership disputes, business torts, church governance disputes, and lender liability. Mr. Covington is broadly experienced in litigation, having represented clients at every level of the state and federal courts in Georgia. He graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College before earning his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Most recently, he became a registered arbitrator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. Mr. Covington is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia; the United States Supreme Court; the Georgia Court of Appeals; the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Middle districts of Georgia; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal and Eleventh circuits. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta, and the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution neutral.

ANDREA J. PEARSON is an associate attorney with Bloom Parham, LLP where she practices in the areas of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract cases, real estate and construction disputes, land-use litigation, zoning questions, nuisance lawsuits and Georgia's Right to Repair Act. She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Georgia where she was Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Pearson is licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Pearson has served as Barrister with the Bleckley American Inn of Court and the Columbus American Inn of Court, an invitation-only group. She currently serves on the Young Professionals Committee at the Children's Museum of Atlanta.
